Purpose of the Role

The primary objective of this role is to contribute towards the development, engagement, and retention of a dynamic membership base while ensuring excellent member service and supporting the continued growth and reputation of the Institute.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support initiatives to attract and onboard eligible applicants to the SLIM membership base.
  • Coordinate and execute effective membership retention campaigns and engagement activities.
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and professional communication with members.
  • Actively participate in and coordinate SLIM membership events and related activities.
  • Assist in managing and administering the membership benefits programme.
  • Maintain accurate membership records and ensure high service standards.

Candidate Profile

  • Diploma or professional qualification in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Part or full professional qualification in SLIM/CIM will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 02 years of experience in marketing, customer engagement, administration, or a coordination-related role.
  • Previous exposure to membership-based operations will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Strong computer literacy, including MS Office applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a strong customer service orientation.
