BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for driving business growth? Do you possess excellent communication skills and a proven track record of building strong client relationships? If so, we want you on our team!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- B2B Business Development & New Sales Target Achievement
- Partnerships & Event Representation
- Proposal Preparation for new partnerships
- Existing Client Monthly Check-ins & client visits (min. once per year)
- Prospective Client Follow-Up
REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Professional qualifications like CIM/SLIM will be an added advantage).
- 2–4 years of proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English proficiency is a must).
- Strong leadership qualities and a goal-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
