KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle the end-to-end procurement process including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure high-quality and timely delivery.
- Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with company standards.
- Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and reports with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with relevant departments for timely replenishment.
- Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
KEY REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the finance or corporate services sector.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and computer literacy.
- High level of integrity and organizational skills.
