QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred for Manager role).
- For BDE: 1-3 years of experience in sales/marketing.
- For Manager: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales strategy, or corporate client management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven, enthusiastic, and adaptable.
- Leadership and team management skills (Manager role).
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
