SECRETARY EXECUTIVE
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes.
- Safeguard sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Support office operations by coordinating resources and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Sugesting and avoiding misleading practices for the company.
- Heading the team while also making key decisions.
Qualifications Required
- Partly qualified in professional Administration studies, Secretarial studies or any related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the relevant field.
- Thorough knowledge in MS Office package.
- Strong communication, leadership and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments and handling changing priorities.
