We Are Hiring
SENIOR QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying with a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor of a recognized professional institution.
- Sound knowledge of CIDA and FIDIC contract documentation.
- Experience in building construction projects.
- Experience in contract administration and claim preparation will be considered an added advantage.
- Experience in Measure & Pay building projects will be considered an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Preparation of bills and cost estimates.
- Preparation and management of contractual documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders.
QUANTITY SURVEYOR (CLAIM PREPARATION)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent with a minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in similar capacity
- Sound knowledge of CIDA and FIDIC contract documentation
- Experience in building construction projects
Responsibilities:
- Preparation contractual claims
- Maintaining Contractual documentation
