Program Coordinator - Maharagama Branch
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise the operational and administrative activities of online programs
- Coordinate end-to-end online class operations, facilitator scheduling, and student support activities
- Ensure smooth execution of online programs in collaboration with internal departments
- Monitor online class performance and maintain program quality standards
- Handle parent communication, payment follow-ups, and program-related coordination
- Support the successful delivery and continuous improvement of online learning programs
Qualifications
- Excellent English and Sinhala communication skills.
- A team player with a high level of dedication.
- Digital literacy skills will be an added advantage. (Office Package)
- Working days are Wednesday to Sunday (Monday & Tuesday holidays.)
- Age below 30 years.
