We are looking for an energetic individual with a Degree or a Professional Qualification in Human Resources along with 3-5 years of work experience in a similar capacity to join our dynamic team based in Ratmalana. In this role, you will assist in providing guidelines at the outset of the Learning and Development cycle, identify and consolidate training needs in alignment with evolving industry trends and develop training calendars alongside the annual Learning and Development budget while designing and recommending effective learning solutions to address both current and future development requirements.
