SALES EXECUTIVE (SOFTLOGIC INTERIORS)
Softlogic Retail Pvt Limited, a fully owned subsidiary of Softlogic Holdings PLC and one of Sri Lanka's largest organized consumer electronics and furniture retailers, is seeking ambitious and talented individuals to join our team as a Sales Executive - Softlogic Interiors. At Softlogic Retail, we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the retail industry, offering a wide range of branded consumer electronics and furniture to our valued customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively engage with potential clients, corporate customers and leads generation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions, products and design concepts.
- Coordinate with the design team to develop proposals, layouts and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, quotations and ongoing negotiations to close sales effectively.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure repeat business.
- Support project coordination by liaising with operations, suppliers and installation teams.
You will be the perfect candidate if you meet the following criteria;
- 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in interiors, furniture, construction or related industries.
- Experience in project-based sales environments is compulsory.
- Ability to interpret design drawings and layout plans.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Interior Design or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of interior design concepts and space planning is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office, familiarity with design software systems is an advantage.
