WE ARE HIRING!
SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST
- Support the Head of FP&A with the annual budget and periodic forecast cycles, including templates, assumptions, timelines, and stakeholder coordination.
- Produce monthly management reporting packs (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, KPIs), including variance analysis vs. budget/forecast/prior year.
- Partner with functional leaders to understand drivers, identify risks/opportunities, and translate these into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain robust financial models (e.g., revenue, margin, headcount, OPEX, CAPEX) to support planning and scenario analysis.
- Support month-end close by reviewing cost allocations and reconciling key variances with Head of FP&A.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis for investment cases and strategic initiatives.
- Provide commercial challenge on spend requests and business cases, ensuring clear ROI and alignment to strategic priorities.
- Support financial governance, including documentation of assumptions, version control, and audit-ready analysis.
- Support with annual audit and year-end reviews.
LOCATION
Remote WFH + Occasional Meets at our Colombo 5 office – Sri Lanka
WORK HOURS
1:30 PM to 10:30 PM SL Hours

WORK EXPERIENCE (MANDATORY)
Minimum 5+ years of experience
ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
BSc in Accounting or Finance, or partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA.
