As part of our growth strategy, we are expanding into Tourism, eCommerce, and Education sectors while accelerating our digital transformation initiatives. We are looking for a highly motivated Management Trainee / Intern – AI Adoption & Digitalization to support our organization in identifying, evaluating, and implementing AI-powered and digital solutions across multiple business functions.
Please note: This is a Business Analysis and Digital Transformation related role and does NOT involve software coding or software development.
Requirements
- Undergraduate or graduate in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Strong interest in Business Analysis, Process Improvement, Digital Transformation, Automation, and Artificial Intelligence.
- Excellent research and analytical skills with a passion for learning emerging technologies.
- Ability to independently study product manuals, implementation guides, and technical documentation.
- Good understanding of business processes and technology-enabled solutions.
- Strong communication and presentation skills in English.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with stakeholders across various departments such as HR, Sales... etc to identify opportunities for process improvement through automation and AI.
- Analyze existing business processes and recommend suitable digitalization initiatives.
- Conduct research on AI tools, automation platforms, SaaS products, and emerging technologies.
- Review product documentation, brochures, implementation guides, and technical materials to assess suitability.
- Liaise with software vendors and technology partners to arrange product demonstrations and presentations.
- Conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs), pilot implementations, and product evaluations.
- Compare alternative solutions and recommend the most suitable products based on business requirements and organizational objectives.
- Support the implementation, configuration, integration, and rollout of selected solutions.
- Explore partnership opportunities with technology providers and identify products that can be introduced to the Sri Lankan market.
- Conduct user training sessions and support change management initiatives.
