Management Associate/ Research Support Officer

We are looking for a dynamic and result oriented individual to join our team as a Management Associate/ Research Support Officer attached to Faculty of Computing.
Key Duties & Responsibilities :
- Managing and coordinating MPhil/PhD student administration, including maintaining student records, monitoring progress, and liaising with relevant academic and examination units.
- Coordinating MSc and undergraduate research projects by maintaining project data, publication records, industry collaborations, and research-related documentation.
- Preparing and maintaining committee minutes, research reports, presentations, and following up on action items related to research committees and faculty activities.
- Managing staff research data, including publications, grants, research indices, research cluster activities, and faculty research profiles.
- Coordinating research grants, publication reimbursements, research assistant administration, and maintaining related records and documentation.
- Supporting industry collaborations, research seminars, supervisor training programs, research awareness activities, ICAC conference coordination, and faculty journal-related activities.
Minimum Requirement
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field from a recognized university or institution.
- A minimum of two (2) years of work experience after obtaining the educational qualification or a minimum of three (3) years of overall work experience in the relevant discipline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
