Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic, confident, and customer-focused Telemarketing Coordinator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships while supporting sales growth through effective telemarketing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls using provided customer databases to promote products and secure orders
- Handle incoming customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
- Explain product features, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Record customer details and update information accurately in the system
- Coordinate with sales and operational teams for smooth order processing
- Handle customer complaints and provide suitable solutions
- Meet sales targets and contribute to business growth
Candidate Profile
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer handling and negotiation abilities
- Basic computer literacy and MS Office knowledge
- Previous experience in telemarketing or customer service is an advantage
- Positive attitude and strong team player
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- School leavers are also welcome to apply
- Candidates residing close to Rathmalana will be given preference
