The Job:

  • Support the preparation of financial statements, reports, and general ledger activities.
  • Maintain accurate accounting records, including payables, receivables, and expense processing.
  • Perform account and bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist with invoice processing, payroll support, and month-end/year-end close activities.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Provide support during audits and assist in financial reporting and analysis.
  • Maintain organized financial records and provide administrative support to the accounting team

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with at least 4 years’ accounts payable experience.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Familiarity with regional business practices and financial systems.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to use accounting software.
