Sales Manager - Physical Security Solutions

The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Owning sales for Video Surveillance and Physical Security solutions across enterprise, mid-market, and SME customers.
- Building and managing your own sales funnel using existing industry relationships and new prospecting.
- Engaging directly with CXOs, IT heads, security heads, and facilities teams.
- Driving monthly and quarterly revenue targets independently.
- Working closely with solution architects, operations teams, and vendors to deliver complete solutions.
- Developing partnerships with system integrators, installers, and technology vendors.
- Representing Dialog Enterprise in key customer meetings and industry engagements.
Required qualifications and skills:
- Strong hands-on sales experience in video surveillance, physical security, ELV, or ICT solutions.
- Existing customer relationships within enterprises, property developers, hospitality, retail, manufacturing, and regulated industries.
- Proven ability to independently drive deals from lead to closure.
- Good understanding of enterprise buying cycles and solution selling.
- Confidence to operate with minimal supervision and high ownership.
- Exposure to compliance-driven environments.
