- Preference to be given to a Maldivian nationality. n
- Degree in HR or Business Administration, with relevant certifications preferred n
- 2+ years of HR experience in a managerial role n
- Strong knowledge of labour laws, HR policies and compliance requirements n
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations and performance management n
- High integrity, strong sense of confidentiality and ability to support business goals through effective HR strategy n
