Candidate Profile:

BSc. Eng (Civil) or equivalent qualification
Corporate Member of the IESL (Chartered Engineer)
15 years of total experience in out of which at least 10 years’ experience in building construction projects

Job Description:

Develop detailed project schedules using planning software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Prepare baseline schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and resource-loaded programs.
Monitor project progress and update schedules based on actual performance.
Analyze schedule variances and identify potential delays or risks.
Prepare recovery, mitigation, and acceleration plans when required.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers and subcontractors to gather progress data.
Prepare periodic progress reports, look-ahead schedules, and dashboards for management.
Support cost control by integrating schedules with budgets and cash flow forecasts.
Participate in project meetings and provide planning-related input.
Assist in claims preparation, extension of time (EOT) analysis, and delay analysis when necessary.
Ensure compliance with contract requirements and company planning procedures.
