Quality Assurance Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and technical testing for web, API integrations, and mobile solutions (Manual & Automation)
- Prepare clear and comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases
- Coordinate and guide Junior Quality Assurance Engineers
- Analyze requirements and provide suitable recommendations
- Work closely with Business Analysts and Software Engineers
- Manage and adhere to release cycles
- Participate in scrum meetings and daily stand-up sessions
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, IT, or Engineering from a recognized university
- Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in the IT industry
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Knowledge of SQL, Selenium IDE, or Azure Test Plans will be an added advantage
- Prior experience in QA Automation will be an added advantage
- Strong teamwork and leadership capabilities
