SHIFT EXECUTIVE - DYE HOUSE
We are on the lookout for a dynamic and energetic individual to join Trischel Fabric (Pvt) Ltd as a Shift Executive – Dye House. The role is responsible for ensuring colour accuracy and consistency throughout the dyed fabric development process, maintaining quality standards, and supporting effective coordination between technical and production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the lab to bulk fabric development process to ensure seamless transition from lab stage to bulk production.
- Evaluate lab dips and ensure colour matching meets customer requirement and standards.
- Liaise closely with Colour Management, Dyeing, Finishing, and Quality teams to resolve shade variations and technical issues.
- Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding shade approvals and related technical feedback.
- Maintain accurate records of colour approvals and shade standards.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance process efficiency, accuracy, and lead times.
Qualification and Experience:
- Degree or Diploma in Textile Technology or a related field from a recognized institute.
- 1-2 years of experience in colour checking, shade approval, or a similar capacity in the textile industry.
- Strong technical knowledge in textile colour evaluation and fabric processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- High attention to detail with strong organizational and coordination skills.
