We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an EDI System Analyst to join our team. This role involves setting up and maintaining EDI connections, supporting transactions within 3PL systems, ensuring compliance, monitoring flows, resolving errors, documenting processes, and driving continuous improvement through collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
EDI System Analyst (US Calendar - US Shift)
The Job:
- Set up and maintain EDI connections with trading partners.
- Manage and support EDI transactions and integrations within 3PL systems
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to maintain EDI compliance and performance.
- Monitor daily transaction flows and resolve errors.
- Analyze EDI logs and reports; ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Document EDI processes, specifications, and mapping guidelines
- Support ongoing EDI-related projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven EDI experience with standards like X12/EDIFACT.
- Hands-on experience with EDI tools (e.g., Boomi, Sterling, Cleo).
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Preferably BlueCherry).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- API integration experience (REST/SOAP).
- Knowledge of common EDI documents (850, 810, 856, 940,945 etc.).
- Strong knowledge of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT, TRADACOMS, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with mapping tools and translators.
- Experience in partner onboarding and testing.
- Proficiency in XML, JSON, CSV data handling.
- SQL knowledge a plus.
- Familiarity with APIs, web services, and authentication methods (OAuth, Basic Auth).
- Understanding of cloud and on-premises integration patterns.
- Experience with ERP systems (Blue Cherry a plus).
- Knowledge of AS2, SFTP, VAN communications.
- Boomi Professional Developer Certification a Plus
- Experience with process orchestration and data governance.
