SENIOR EXECUTIVE - RECOVERY & COLLECTION
Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented professional to join our team as a Senior Executive – Recovery & Collection.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle recovery and collection activities for overdue accounts
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments
- Negotiate repayment plans and settlements
- Maintain accurate collection records and reports
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding outstanding balances
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2–4 years of experience in recovery, collections, or credit control
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet collection targets
- Good knowledge of MS Office applications
- Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills
