EXECUTIVE - ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE (AUS CALENDAR - AUS SHIFT)

H Connect International is a leading BPO company offering outsourcing services to clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. We are a subsidiary of the Hirdaramani Group, a billion-dollar conglomerate with a 125-year legacy. We are looking for an Executive – Accounts receivable to join our team. This role involves managing accounts receivable and credit control activities, applying negotiation skills with a professional approach, using AR modules and Excel for reporting, and ensuring compliance with commercial debt recovery practices and privacy regulations.

The Job:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable collections through proactive outbound calls, email follow-ups, and formal demand letters to ensure timely debt recovery.
  • Maintain and reconcile the AR ledger, accurately allocating incoming payments and investigating/resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Conduct credit assessments for new and existing customers and provide recommendations on appropriate credit limits and terms.
  • Prepare and analyze aged debt reports, including clear commentary on outstanding balances, risk exposure, and cash flow impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve billing disputes efficiently while ensuring adherence to internal controls and compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; or part-qualified in a recognized professional qualification such as CA, CIMA, ACCA, CMA, or CPA.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, or a similar finance operations role.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to maintain a professional, firm, and customer-focused approach.
  • Hands-on experience with Accounts Receivable systems/modules and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for reporting and analysis.
  • Sound understanding of commercial debt recovery processes, credit risk management principles, and relevant data privacy and compliance regulations.
