ASSISTANT MANAGER - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
- Support business growth by identifying new market opportunities and expanding the customer base.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product marketing initiatives and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine marketing plans.
- Assist in managing the marketing budget to ensure the cost-effectiveness of promotional activities.
- Prepare reports and presentations to update management on marketing progress and results.
REQUIREMENTS
- Age below 35.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing.
- A Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both local languages and English; fluency in Tamil is an advantage.
- A creative thinker with the ability to handle challenges and perform well under pressure.
- A valid driving licence is required.
