THE JOB ROLE.
- Receive and process payments from customers (cash, card, mobile payments).
- Issue receipts and maintain proper records of all transactions.
- Balance the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain accurate daily sales and transaction reports.
- Ensure compliance with company cash handling policies.
- Assist with customer inquiries regarding billing and payments.
- Coordinate with the service and sales team to ensure smooth transaction flow.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- GCE O/L & A/L Qualified.
- You should have a good personality..
- Sound IT Knowledge.
- Good communication skills in Sinhala (English speaking will be an added advantage).
- Minimum over 1 year of working experience in automotive industry will be an added advantage.
- Skills in customer handling & problem solving.
