JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Oversee all security operations, including personnel, surveillance, and emergency procedures.
- Develop and implement security policies, protocols, and procedures.
- Monitor and evaluate security risks, responding promptly to incidents.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services as required.
- Manage access control, CCTV monitoring, and perimeter security.
- Conduct regular security audits and prepare detailed reports.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management or law enforcement or in a similar field.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
- Excellent communication and crisis management abilities.
