OPERATIONS MANAGER
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee order fulfillment, dispatch schedules, and logistics operations
- Manage retail operations and shop teams across Nugegoda, Ahangama, and Kabalana
- Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory control procedures
- Ensure visual merchandising and store standards align with the brand image
- Develop and improve SOPs for dispatch, returns, and inter-branch stock transfers
- Coordinate smooth operations between the head office and Southern retail locations
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in Operations, Logistics, or Retail Management
- Strong knowledge of logistics and delivery operations within Sri Lanka
- Experience managing teams across multiple locations
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and coordination skills
- Experience in supermarket, retail, or food distribution operations will be an added advantage
- Degree or professional qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred
