Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection to ensure timely hiring of high-quality talent across all properties
Ensure full compliance with Sri Lankan labour laws, EPF/ETF requirements, company policies, and audit standards
Drive HR policy implementation, governance, and standardisation across all locations
Partner with department and property heads to enhance employee capability, productivity, and service standards
Manage and strengthen the performance management framework, ensuring 100% completion of appraisals
Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring fair and timely resolution
Conduct regular property visits and HR audits, providing actionable insights and management recommendations
Possess a Degree or professional HR qualification (CIPM/PQHRM or equivalent) with 3–5 years' experience, strong labour law knowledge, excellent communication skills, and willingness to travel
