Intern – IT Support
Property Sector of John Keells Group require the services of an Intern — IT Support to gear itself to service a number of Property Development Projects in Colombo and other Suburbs.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing first-line support by answering user queries, troubleshooting common issues, and escalating complex problems to senior team members.
- Assisting with software and hardware maintenance, including installing, updating, and resolving technical issues.
- Supporting network administration tasks such as managing firewalls, printer setup, and monitoring systems.
- Gaining hands-on experience across multiple IT areas while building strong professional relationships within the IT team.
The ideal candidate :
- Undergraduate or Graduate in a Bachelor’s of Computing/Information Technology or any other relevant field.
- The ability to communicate effectively to non-technical users.
- Teamwork, Interpersonal & Communication skills.
