SPECIALIST – SERVICE QUALITY

Are you passionate about service excellence and process improvement? Join our Service Quality team and play a key role in optimizing processes, systems, and service delivery across the organization. (1-year Renewable contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage Global Profile Administration (GPA) and user access
  • Drive process design, documentation, and improvements
  • Monitor KPIs and implement quality enhancements
  • Support customer implementations, UAT, and training
  • Facilitate change for new processes and applications

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Power Automate, and Power BI
