IMPORTS EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end import operations, including shipment coordination, customs clearance and documentation.
- Communicate and coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and clearing agents to ensure smooth operations.
- Prepare and verify import documents (invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc.) in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor and track shipments, address any delays, and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of all import transactions and provide regular status updates to management.
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
- 2–4 years of experience in import, export, or logistics operations.
- Strong knowledge of customs procedures, clearance processes, and import documentation.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work efficiently under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with ERP or logistics software will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work on Saturdays (half day).
- Possess a valid vehicle driving license.
- Accounting knowledge will be an added advantage.
