We are seeking a results-oriented and self-motivated individual of any gender to join our team.

Job Summary

The HR Assistant supports the Human Resources department with administrative tasks, employee record management, recruitment coordination, payroll support, and day-to-day HR operations. This role helps ensure smooth HR processes and efficient administration.

Requirements

  • A professional qualification in HRM
  • Prior experience in HR-related functions
  • Knowledge of local labour laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Sinhala
  • Good computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Candidates below the age of 45 will be preferred
  • Retired officials from the private sector will also be considered for contract-based employment
  • Salary negotiable
