WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Diploma or certification in automobile / mechanical field.
- Minimum 1-2 years experience in a vehicle workshop or insurance company.
- Good knowledge of vehicle servicing, repairs, and diagnostics.
- Ability to manage technicians and workshop workflow.
- Strong communication and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
