MANAGEMENT TRAINEE
(MANUFACTURING EXCELLENCE)
Our Management Trainee – Manufacturing Excellence Program develops future manufacturing leaders through hands-on exposure across operations, while equipping trainees with Industry 4.0 and AI tools to drive continuous improvement and transformation.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Production Operations & Planning
- Lean Manufacturing & Continuous Improvement
- Quality Assurance & Process Improvement
- Supply Chain, Warehouse & Logistics Operations
- Digital Manufacturing & Smart Factory Technologies
YOU SHOULD:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineering Technology, Supply Chain & Operations Management, or a related discipline.
IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Passion for manufacturing and innovation
- Interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation
- Good communication, leadership, and Microsoft Office skills.
CAREER PROGRESSION:
At the end of the program, trainees will be evaluated on technical skills, leadership, project delivery, innovation, and overall performance. Successful candidates will be offered placement in a managerial role within the Manufacturing Organization.
