Technical Officer -Male
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
- NVQ Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and quality control.
Additional Advantage
- Experience working on luxury villas and luxury residential projects will be considered a strong advantage
Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day site operations
- Ensure work is carried out according to drawings and specifications
- Maintain quality and safety standards
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and labor teams
Location: Colombo
