Assistant Quality Assurance
Requirements
- Strong understanding of ISO 22000:2018 standard and HACCP principles.
- Familiarity with GMP, GHP, and regulatory food safety requirements.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Proficient in using MS Office and quality documentation tools.
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in fast-paced environments.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. in Food Science, Food Technology, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a food processing or bakery industry, preferably in a QA role within an ISO 22000:2018 certified facility.
- Certifications: ISO 22000:2018 internal auditor certification is preferred; knowledge of HACCP, FSSC 22000 is an advantage.
Working Conditions
- Willingness to work in production environments with strict hygiene standards.
- Ability to work flexible shifts if needed, especially during audits or non-conformance investigations.
