FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNER
Join Tea Tang (Pvt) Ltd, a trusted name in the tea industry. We are looking for a dynamic finance professional to drive financial excellence across our Exports, Value Added and Retail operations.
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
FINANCIAL PLANNING & ANALYSIS
- Prepare budgets, forecasts and financial plans.
- Perform variance analysis and provide insights to improve financial performance.
- Monitor key financial metrics and KPIs.
FINANCIAL REPORTING & COMPLIANCE
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws and other regulatory requirements.
- Provide financial information and analysis to support decision-making.
CASH FLOW & TREASURY MANAGEMENT
- Manage cash flow and prepare cash flow forecasts.
- Optimize working capital and manage liquidity.
- Oversee banking activities and foreign exchange management.
COST MANAGEMENT & PROFITABILITY
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost controls.
- Analyze pricing strategies and profitability across business segments.
STRATEGIC BUSINESS PARTNERING
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
- Support negotiations and contracts with international customers and partners.
TEAM LEADERSHIP
- Lead, supervise and mentor assigned finance team members.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement and professional development.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
- Professional qualification in Accounting/Finance (CA/CIMA/ACCA or equivalent).
- Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Management preferred.
- Minimum 5+ years' experience in a similar capacity.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, treasury and compliance.
- Experience in Export, Manufacturing, FMCG, Retail or Hospitality sectors will be an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced MS Excel.
