Executive – Logistics Operations

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Coordinate corporate daily truck hire and dispatch operations
- Support fleet expansion and new project implementations
- Manage corporate and subscription-based logistics operations
- Monitor operational performance, fulfillment, and KPIs
- Support driver onboarding, engagement, and retention activities for 20ft fleet
- Ensure SOP compliance and operational process improvements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Logistics, Business Management, Operations, or a related field
- Experience in logistics, operations or fleet management
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power BI, Power Query
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced operational environment
