Riococo Lanka Private Limited, a leading manufacturer of high-quality coir-based growing media solutions, is seeking a dynamic and experienced HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER to oversee our production operations. HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER :
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the entire HR lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding and performance management for factory and office staff.
- Industrial Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for labour related matters, ensuring a harmonious and productive working environment.
- Compliance: Ensure all factory operations strictly adhere to statutory requirements and national labour regulations.
- Policy Development: Implement and manage HR policies that enhance employee productivity and retention.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE :
- Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources management or a related field. Professional diplomas from recognized institutions (such as CIPM or equivalent) are highly encouraged.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in a managerial role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Legal Expertise: Strong knowledge of Sri Lankan Labour Law is essential. Candidates with proven experience in handling industrial disputes, disciplinary inquiries, and compliance audits will have a significant advantage.

- Excellent communication skills in both English and local languages.
- Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced factory setting.
