Call Center Executive
We are looking for energetic and customer-oriented individuals to join our Online Department as Call Center Executives.
Requirements
- Fluent in English Chinese, Urdu & Bangla languages
- Fair knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a Call Center or Customer Service role will be an added advantage
Responsibilities
- Handle online customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Communicate effectively with international customers
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions
- Assist the team in providing excellent customer service
