Hotel Renovation Project

The Role
- Day-to-day site supervision of all civil renovation works.
- Quality control of civil finishing — tiling, plastering, waterproofing, ceilings, joinery, sanitary fittings, painting.
- Coordination of MEP services (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire, ELV) with civil works.
- Site measurements, progress reports, snag-list management.
You Bring
- Age below 45.
- Diploma / NDT / equivalent in Civil Engineering.
- Strong civil and finishing-works experience — hotel projects a plus.
- Working knowledge of MEP coordination on site.
- Good Sinhala and English communication.
- Willing to be based in Anuradhapura.
