We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead

Applova helps restaurants grow direct online ordering, mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and customer loyalty programs without relying on expensive third-party marketplaces.

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta and help drive growth in the US restaurant technology market.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
  • Develop testing strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
  • Work closely with Sales to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Improve attribution and reporting across Ads, GA4, and CRM systems.
  • Explore and test new acquisition channels when appropriate.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
  • Experience generating leads for B2B, SaaS, or SMB-focused businesses.
  • Comfortable working with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

Nice to Have

  • SaaS or restaurant technology experience.
  • CRM reporting experience.
  • Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
