We are looking for a Performance Marketing Lead
Applova helps restaurants grow direct online ordering, mobile apps, self-service kiosks, and customer loyalty programs without relying on expensive third-party marketplaces.
We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Lead to own paid acquisition across Google and Meta and help drive growth in the US restaurant technology market.
What You'll Do
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns.
- Develop testing strategies to improve lead volume and quality.
- Work closely with Sales to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign data and identify growth opportunities.
- Improve attribution and reporting across Ads, GA4, and CRM systems.
- Explore and test new acquisition channels when appropriate.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of performance marketing experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
- Experience generating leads for B2B, SaaS, or SMB-focused businesses.
- Comfortable working with GA4, conversion tracking, and reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.
Nice to Have
- SaaS or restaurant technology experience.
- CRM reporting experience.
- Experience using AI tools to improve marketing workflows.
