Finance Manager

nKey Responsibilities

- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. n
- Ensure compliance with statutory, regulatory, audit, and corporate governance requirements. n
- Manage all internal and external audit processes and ensure timely resolution of audit findings. n
- Lead annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. n
- Perform variance analysis and provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making. n
- Oversee taxation matters, including tax compliance, reporting, and statutory submissions. n
- Manage cash flow, working capital, and financial risk to support business sustainability. n
- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental objectives. n
- Coordinate closely with production, merchandising, supply chain, HR, and other functional teams. n
Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. n
- Professional qualification such as CIMA, ACCA, CA Sri Lanka, or equivalent will be a distinct advantage. n
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, preferably within the apparel or garment manufacturing industry. n
- Strong analytical, financial management, and problem-solving skills. n
- Sound knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, taxation, and compliance requirements. n
- Proven leadership capabilities with experience in managing and developing teams. n
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications. n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. n
