We are hiring an experienced and highly competent Quantity Surveyor for our PAEH Project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, engineers, and contract.
- Conducting market inquiries, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and performing commercial comparison and analysis.
- Preparation of Bills of Quantities (includes take off quantities, Pricing BOQs etc.)
- Selection of Subcontractors including:preparation of tender documents, tender inquires etc.
- Preparation of Subcontractor contract documents.
- Preparation of Interim Payment Applications and following the Interim Payment Certificate.
- Preparation of cost estimates and Value Engineering process, Preparation of variations and cost proposals.
- Preparation of cost for claims.
- Preparation of daily Measurement sheets and Willingness to visit construction sites as required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of work experience in the construction industry.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Highway or Road construction projects as a Quantity Surveyor.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
