Medical Representatives – Colombo & Galle
Requirements:
- G.C.E. A/L (Science) or technical background
- 1-2 years’ experience (ophthalmology is an advantage)
- Strong communication & presentation skills
- Results-driven & self-motivated
- Good relationship-building skills
- Valid driving license & willingness to travel
Key Responsibilities
- Strong sales and communication skills to engage healthcare professionals
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with hospitals, clinics, and stakeholders
- Target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals
- Capability to support product launches and expand market presence
- Skilled in identifying new business opportunities and converting competitor accounts
- Experience in organizing and participating in medical events and promotions
- Good understanding of market trends and customer needs
- Effective coordination and reporting with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Supply)
