WE ARE HIRING QUALITY ASSURANCE SUPERVISOR
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES;
- Monitoring in-line quality parameters and giving in-process QA approvals in the production line
- Conduct inspections of raw & packaging materials and finished products to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory & certification requirements.
- Help implement and oversee quality assurance procedures, including testing and sampling protocols.
- Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve quality issues, suggest & support continual improvements of manufacturing processes to enhance quality.
- Maintain accurate & valid data of QA inspections in records & system and prepare reports for senior management.
- Assist in training staff on quality control standards and best practices.
- Work under pressure & in extended shifts to meet strict timelines.
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE;
- Degree/ HND in Food Science/ Bio sciences
- Minimum of 1-year industry experience in a food manufacturing company
- Living near Kurunegala, Pannala, Negombo area.
- Good communication skills to work effectively with teams across the production floor.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a hands-on role with career development opportunities.
- Familiarity with BRCGS / ISO standards or other quality certifications will be an advantage.
