JOB ROLE

  • Maintain employee files and documentation according to company standards.
  • Check casual labour's attendance and compare with monthly invoices for accuracy.
  • Assist in annual training plans and maintain training records.
  • Support recruitment activities and interview documentation.
  • Maintain recruitment, resignation, and absenteeism reports.
  • Handle EPF/ETF documentation of contract employees.
  • Maintain stationery stock records.
  • Assist in organizing factory events and administrative activities.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by management.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

  • Passed GCE A/L.
  • Diploma or certificate course related to Human Resources will be an added advantage.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Good communication and computer skills.
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality.
