Sundaras Infinity Jungle Resort & Spa, Dambulla is seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the resort and support our continued growth. This is a hands-on leadership role for a hospitality professional who is passionate about guest satisfaction, operational excellence, team development, and delivering exceptional resort experiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high standards across all departments while driving performance and revenue growth.
Ideal Profile We Are Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years of hotel or resort management experience.
- Strong background in resort operations and guest service management.
- Experience managing Front Office, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Restaurant, and Bar operations.
- Proven ability to improve guest satisfaction and operational standards.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Results-driven, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of English.
- Willingness to reside and work in Dambulla.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the resort.
- Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Lead and develop departmental teams.
- Improve housekeeping, maintenance, and operational standards.
- Increase Food & Beverage revenue and guest spending.
- Conduct regular inspections and quality audits.
- Monitor costs and operational efficiency.
- Handle guest concerns and operational challenges professionally.
- Work closely with ownership to achieve business objectives.
What We Offer:
Basic Salary: LKR 150,000 per month
