Customer Coordinator
We are now posed for further expansion and are inviting applications from dynamic, qualified candidates to join our team and fill the vacancy at our Call Center operations.
Job Summary:
The Customer Coordinator will play a key role in providing outstanding customer service and support through our call center operations. This position requires a proactive individual with a customer-first mindset who can professionally handle inbound and outbound calls, ensure efficient issue resolution, and maintain high standards of service excellence.
The main job functions of this position will include:
- Call Center Support: Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Customer Assistance: Provide accurate and timely information about products, services, and company policies.
- Issue Resolution: Identify customer concerns, troubleshoot problems systematically, and escalate complex cases when necessary.
- Data Entry & Record-Keeping: Maintain and update detailed records of customer interactions in the system for accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Follow-Up & Feedback: Ensure all customer queries are successfully resolved and proactively collect feedback to improve overall service quality.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to enhance the customer experience and streamline operational processes.
The suitable candidate should possess:
- Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of experience in customer service or call center operations is preferred.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English & Sinhala (Knowledge of Tamil will be a distinct advantage).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with call center software.
- Core Abilities: Strong problem-solving, conflict-resolution abilities, and the capacity to handle multiple calls while managing time efficiently.
- Attributes: A positive attitude, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
