WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in spa treatments, massage therapies, body treatments, and facials.
- Proven ability to supervise daily spa operations and maintain high service standards.
- Experience using spa management software; knowledge of Eleanor Spa Management System is preferred.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead by example and motivate the team.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards of grooming, professionalism, and personal presentation.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining luxury hospitality standards.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Ensure through effective supervision, that services offered at the Spa are carried out with efficiency and courtesy.
- Oversee, supervise and monitor all facets of daily operations.
- Ensure all guests and visitors to Spa leave with a pleasant experience.
- Conduct inspections of the SPA to ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness.
- Assist colleagues during peak periods and during shortages of manpower.
- Maintain and promote an atmosphere of tranquility and peace in SPA areas at all times.
- Work closely with the Director of SPA & Wellness and reception to ensure the smooth execution of services.
- Monitor and assess the technical performance of therapists and schedule training.
